If you have a power cut or you see the message “No satellite signal is being received” or “Searching for listings, please wait” displayed on the screen. You will need to reset your digibox.

The procedure is:

Un-plug your digibox from the power supply and leave it un-plugged for 2 minutes. After
re-connecting the power, you must leave the digibox on standyby on the red light for 5 minutes before you switch it back on

When you have switched it back on, press the SERVICES button on your remote control, then press the number 4 button (System Setup)

In quick succession press 0, 1 and the SELECT

On the next screen, press the number 2 button (Default Transponder)

On the next screen, change the frequency from 11.778 to 12.129 simply by keying in the numbers on your remote control. Also, make sure that the values V, 27.5 and 2/3 are displayed beneath the frequency. If any of these values are incorrect then change them by using the left and right cursor keys on your remote control

Once these values are all corect, highlight SAVE NEW SETTINGS and press SELECT

Press the BACKUP button on your remote control once and then press the number 4 button (Add Channels)

Check that all the values mentioned earlier are still the same (Frequency etc.) and if they are highlight FIND CHANNELS and then press SELECT

After a few seconds a list of channels should appear at the top left of the screen, the first in the list is normally S4C, but it could be another channel. Whatever channel listed at the top, press the YELLOW button on your remote control while the channel is highlighted, this will store that channel and place a tick to the right of the channel name

When this channel has a tick next to it, press SELECT. You will then get the message on screen saying CHANNEL LINE-UP COMPLETE. Press SELECT again and then press the BACKUP button 3 times on your remote control, this will then take you to Sky channel 998

If you have any problems whilst reseting your digibox please contact us.
